Partner Stephen Wellinghorst chairs the general liability defense group, and brings to bear his decades of experience in the representation of public entities, corporations and other business entities in the areas of premises liability, officer's/director's liability, transportation/automobile liability and employment-related practices. Among the Firm's clients are Fortune 500 companies, many of which Mr. Wellinghorst frequently lectures to regarding various topics and emerging issues in the law. He is also a frequent commentator on Court TV, CNN and Fox News.
Partner Ernest Fronzuto, who is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney, chairs the plaintiff medical malpractice, product liability and catastrophic injury group. He has been recognized in New Jersey Super Lawyers since 2006. He is an accomplished trial attorney who has recovered multi-million dollar judgments for clients and possesses extensive experience in the fields of medical malpractice and product liability law, with particular emphasis in pediatric malpractice cases involving birth injuries, cerebral palsy, and other catastrophic injuries suffered by infants and children. In addition, as a former product liability defense attorney, Mr. Fronzuto combines skill with a unique perspective in the handling of complex product liability and catastrophic injury cases, including auto defects, sports and recreation equipment, industrial machinery and consumer products.
