Partner Stephen Wellinghorst has serviced the insurance industry, public entities and privately owned corporations for over 15 years, and frequently is called upon to lecture to the insurance industry of changes and emerging issues in the law.  Managing Partner Ernest P. Fronzuto, who is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, has successfully litigated multi-million dollar lawsuits on behalf of his clients.  The depth of trial experience of Wellinghorst & Fronzuto allows the Firm to handle all of our clients’ litigation needs, with the care and expertise they deserve. Although primarily handling civil litigation matters, in order to service our clients’ divergent needs, the Firm also has attorneys with expertise in real estate, land use, wills and estates, and family law matters.
